What do I look for in a potential candidate? A certain sharpness of intellect is essential, but this must be coupled with the ability to communicate naturally and effectively. The applicants that stand out in the interview process are often the ones who have picked up on relevant details about our companies and clients. This sensitivity to key information, signals and clues in daily life is something that is second nature to all of our best people – and successful business developers the world over.
