We achieve all of this from a buzzy office on Borough High Street, working with some of the brightest and most driven individuals I’ve met.
What do I look for in a potential candidate? There's a real variety of different roles and personalities at Pearlfinders, but our best people share a few key qualities. They're all perceptive and inquisitive, with natural curiosity and a desire to dig deeper. Those who really flourish are also highly proactive, enthusiastic and resourceful. There are undoubtedly easier jobs out there, but we provide the support and encouragement that helps our people to learn, progress and keep challenging themselves.

Pearlfinders was started in 2004 by Bill & Denese Colbourne and Gareth Dixon. Our goal is, and always has been, to make the lives of those responsible for business development in companies a little easier. We started purely creating content on the brand marketing challenges of companies going through M&A, and today research the challenges being faced by businesses all over the world in six different markets.
Pearlfinders gives our clients a reason to connect, making their lives easier and giving them an edge. That is the founding principle which remains at the heart of our mission.
